Overview

Travis Kaya is an associate attorney in the Public Law Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon, representing local governments and public agencies on a wide variety of transactional matters.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining RWG, Travis served as a commercial real estate associate with Venable LLP in Los Angeles where he represented real estate investment funds in purchase and sale transactions across the United States as well as a number of entertainment companies in leasing and purchase transactions. As a real estate associate with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Travis also represented a number of national banks and institutional lenders in complex affordable housing financing transactions.
