Julia is a member of the Public Law Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon and advises cities, special districts, and other public agencies on a variety of transactional and advisory matters.
Work for Clients
Prior to joining RWG, Julia served as a legal research attorney at the Alameda County Superior Court where she first supported judges in the Civil Law and Motion department and then spent 13 years serving the Juvenile Court.
