Overview
Henry represents municipalities and public entities in state and federal courts in litigation matters. Henry has experience litigating a wide variety of public law issues including employment, public contracts, constitutional law, and police matters.
Work for Clients
Henry has represented the cities of Fairfield, San Bruno, Beverly Hills, Pismo Beach, Maywood, and Davis; as well as California Statewide Communities Development Authority, a joint powers authority.
Professional Experience
During law school, Henry served as a legal extern for Alameda County Counsel and San Francisco City Attorney; and as a judicial extern for the Hon. William H. Orrick, United States District Court, Northern District of California. Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon in 2022, Henry learned the art of litigation at Plageman, Lund & Cannon in Oakland, CA.
