Overview
Annette is an associate in the Public Law Department at Richards, Watson & Gershon. Annette advises local governments and other public agencies on a variety of municipal law issues.
Work for Clients
Prior to joining Richards, Watson & Gershon, Annette clerked for the Honorable John Cagle in the Superior Court for the State of Alaska in Palmer.
During law school, Annette worked on municipal, regulatory, and environmental legal issues as a clerk for the California Coastal Commission, Surfrider Foundation, and the California Coastkeeper Alliance. Annette also worked on contract issues, brownfields redevelopment proposals, and CERCLA claims as an intern at a private firm.
