Overview
Andrew is a Senior Attorney in the Real Estate Department. He advises clients on real estate matters such as acquisitions and sales, financing transactions (including workouts), leasing, and property management. He represents developers in structuring and negotiating development agreements. He advises on qualification for tax credits for real estate, such as historic building tax credits.
