RWG Announces Newest Shareholders Zachary Heinselman, Travis Kaya, and Ezra Siegel
Richards, Watson & Gershon is pleased to announce that the following firm senior attorneys have been elevated to shareholder: Zachary Heinselman and Travis Kaya in the Public Law Department and Ezra Siegel in the Litigation Department.

Zachary Heinselman serves as Assistant City Attorney and Planning Commission Counsel for the City of Covina and as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Moorpark. Zach also represents cities and public agencies throughout California on complex land use, planning and CEQA matters. Zach received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.

Travis Kaya serves as Assistant City Attorney and Planning Commission Counsel for the City of Agoura Hills, and as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Beverly Hills. He also represents a wide range of cities and public agencies on land use, planning and CEQA matters. Travis received his B.A. from Pomona College, his M.A. from University of Sydney, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

Ezra Siegel has represented numerous municipalities including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Temecula, Manhattan Beach, and Newport Beach, among others. Ezra has more than two decades of experience as a litigator and trial attorney. His experience includes defending public agencies against a variety of claims, including inverse condemnation, breach of contract, labor retaliation, and numerous tort claims involving wrongful death, serious brain injury, and dangerous condition cases. Ezra received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
