Overview
The Subdivision Map Act regulates the division of land in California and imposes substantive and procedural requirements on local agencies. RWG’s lawyers have in-depth knowledge of the unique processing requirements in the Act, and the tools available to local agencies to chart the design and improvements of its neighborhoods and infrastructure. RWG lawyers taught the Subdivision Map Act classes for UCLA Continuing Education for more than twenty years.
Whether dealing with large-scale subdivisions, common interest developments, parcel mergers, minor lot line adjustments, or subdivision improvement agreements, RWG’s attorneys are able to advise clients on the implementation of the State act, adoption of complimentary local ordinances, and effective and accurate processing of subdivision matters they face.
