RWG lawyers provide a wide range of legal services for school districts throughout California.
Districts call upon us for our expertise on the complex requirements of the California Open Meetings Act (Brown Act), Political Reform Act, Public Records Act and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
We are also called upon to provide advice on personnel matters and to represent the districts in personnel disciplinary hearings before their Personnel Commissions.
Our practice includes serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel for school districts in the issuance of bonds and financings to enable them to construct new schools.
Additionally, we represent school districts in the acquisition of property for new schools and facilities as well as the bidding and construction of new schools and facilities.
