Bennett A. Givens is an associate in Richards, Watson & Gershon's Public Law Department. His practice includes advising municipalities and public agencies on a variety of administrative and transactional public law issues, with a focus on land use, planning, real estate, public works projects, the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, and CEQA. Mr. Givens was a summer associate at RW&G in 2015.

Mr. Givens received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served on the board of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review as Chief Research Editor. During law school, Mr. Givens completed externships with the Honorable Judge Ernest M. Robles at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.

Mr. Givens is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
